2. Press and hold the power ,volume down and camera button simultaneously for a while
3. Release button as your device is powered on
4. Scroll using volume up and volume down button until you find factory data reset.
5. Tap the factory data reset option.

Depending on the firmware revision you may be able to reset the password through Google Authentication so first your tablet must: 1. Have been registered with a Google Account 2. Be connected to the internet 3. Have the latest version of Cruz Reader Firmware
