How to decrease screen size please?   It won't let me see the normal size picture.

All questions need 'make model (what it is)' as first 3 words please.

Likely a television, but could be Android or iPhone/iPad in Accessibility Mode, or a Computer. In a television, Settings / Picture / Aspect Ratio (sometimes listed as 'Resolution' especially on computers).
